Designed by local studio OPA, this innovative establishment serves as an urban greenhouse, offering a tranquil retreat amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. Design That Breathes
With two adjoining gabled structures, Plumbago captures the essence of a garden shed with its corrugated polycarbonate cladding. OPA co-founders Rosalía Yuste and Diego Mañón aimed to create a peaceful environment bathed in natural light, promoting a connection between guests and the urban landscape beyond. The larger segment of the restaurant accommodates up to 70 guests, designed to feel like a cozy greenhouse while serving a Mediterranean-style menu.
